The hotel has 205 bedrooms offering a variety of accommodation, including 19 suites, several family rooms and a selection of superior rooms.

Our highly experienced staff will pay attention to every detail and will take personal care to ensure your special day runs smoothly. You will have a banqueting manager to oversee proceeding, a sumptuous wedding breakfast prepared by our award winning chef, a personalised table plan and of course luxury overnight accommodation, in fact, everything you require to create a stunning celebration.

We hold a licence for civil weddings and civil partnerships and offer a selection of packages to suit individual requirements. We can also provide a tailor-made service to create an event individual to you.

The Coppid Beech Hotel is the perfect location whatever the season. Our licensed rooms: the Pine Suite, the Juniper, and the Sequoia Suite all offer elegant space, suitable for hosting small intimate ceremony as well as comfortably accommodating larger ceremonies of up to 150 guests. 

Our suites are also registered to host second marriages, secular marriages and renewal of vows ceremonies.

In order to make your day individual and as memorable as possible, we are happy to help you to decorate any of our suites in a style to suit your day. We can also arrange for music to be played in the room.
