What we love: Located just outside Manchester in Bury, it offers couples the convenience of excellent transport links and city attractions, but in the quieter surroundings of Bury, a popular market town.

The hotel is also within easy travelling distance of Rochdale, Oldham and Bolton. They offer 2 excellent wedding packages both of which come with a dedicated special events planner.

There’s a great option of food for both the wedding breakfast and evening reception, and they cater for everyone: vegans, vegetarians, fussy eaters and more.
Guests can make use of the village health and fitness, too, which includes a pool, sauna and steam room.

In Their Own Words: "Planning a wedding or civil partnership can seem like a daunting experience. 'Nice' is not an option when it comes to the biggest day of your life.

You want a function room that can not only provide the perfect background but can transform into the surroundings you always envisaged.

There is a selection of tailored packages that can be adapted to suit all tastes and budgets at The Village: To get the where, how and when of your big day sorted, why not call and arrange a meeting with one of our planners to get started in planning the perfect celebration."
